I live in an old farm house and have limited heat with propane. I had used the oil base heaters but they just didn't really radiate the heat. I bought one of these and just loved it so bought two more and one for my neighbor. Now his son wants one and I am getting my fourth for the basement. I love this item. Easy to move around, radiates the heat in the room, heats up quickly. I highly recommend this item.

I live in an old farmhouse and only have one gas wall furnace in my dining room. So the rest of the house gets pretty cold on really cold days. I usually run the oil units from [...] but they cost a fortune to run and the breaker keeps flipping. I got two of these. Put one in my bedroom and one in my living room. It has been in the 20's this winter and I have to turn these off after a while as the room does warm up and stay toasty. Haven't gotten a bill yet but it couldn't be worse than in years past. I have now ordered two more. One for the bathroom and one for my neighbor. I hope they last because they do the trick. I really like them.

I've had THREE of these. I bought the first one mid-winter, and it worked great. When I un-packed it the following fall, it was necessary to set the thermostat on the highest temperature setting in order to get it start heating. It was out of warranty, so I bought a second one but it had the exact opposite problem: when the thermostat was set to 68 degrees, it wouldn't shut off until the room temp reached 82 degrees. I returned it, and the replacement unit that I was sent did the exact same thing!!!

It's too bad, because aside from the terrible thermostat control, the unit itself works great - quiet, gentle heat.

Using in a 12' x 15' room. First one I had worked great. Used it for 2 months, then packed it away for the summer. When I got it out next fall, it was completely dead. Got a (warranty) replacement, which heated room up to 78 - 80 degrees, even when thermostat set to lowest possible setting. Got *another* replacement, and the new one does the same thing.

[...]As far as the product goes, the heater is very quiet and heats up quickly. Unfortunately, no where in the product description does it state that the lowest temperature setting is 59 degrees. I purchased this heater for the purpose of keeping my garage just above freezing temperature. Due to the lowest setting of 59 degrees, the heater would have to run constantly in order to reach 59 degrees.I will be returning the heater as it unfortunately does not meet my needs.

This is my 2nd purchase of a Soleus Air Heater. This product performs as advertised.
Suggestion, the manufacturer could provide clearer instructions on how to attach wheels to base of heater.

I purchased two of these heaters. I placed one in my living room and one in my bedroom. I can tell you that if you are looking for an economically efficient heater, this is the one to buy. I've had these heaters for a little over a month and I have saved [$]on my utility bill.
