I smoke a LOT of fish and this is just what the doctor ordered for fish! I can control the temperature and it generates plenty of smoke to give the fish that wonderful flavor. I haven't tried it for meats yet, but since I'm primarily a fish man this is a perfect smoker for me. Last month I smoked fish using an old-style charcol smoker and used up two LARGE bags of charcol. Today I did just as much fish but used the Smoke Hollow smoker and used just a fraction of the sweet woods and no charcol at all and the fish was markedly better! I'm sold! The price was very reasonable and the end product wonderful!

Makes the meat delicious. We have used it for fish, chicken, beef and sausage and it works great. The only con is that the bottom rack has to be unscrewed to be removed in order to be cleaned. It would be nice if it could just slide out.

I am an meat cooking hobbist, The Smoke Hollow has provided me with excellent pork, beef, chicken and fish experiences. The Smoke Hollow quality, coupled with the insulated walls and the stainless steel interior, have given me some great times this winter. I prepared a pork roast while the outside temperature was minus 22degrees and was able to hold the smoker temp at my desired temperature. I wish I could more easily control draft, but who can complain about being satisfied? [...] Quality all the way!
