  • 1 Box of 6 oz (170 g)
  • Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1», Riboflavin [Vitamin B2», Folic Acid), Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil, Sugar, Contains Less than 2% of Caramel Color, Paprika, Dried Onions, Spice, Dextrose, Yeast, Natural Flavor.
  • Quick prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Moisten with water 6-8 pieces (1/2 inch thick) bone in or boneless pork chops.
  • Directions: 1. Shake: Shake moistened chops in shaker bag with one packet of coating mix, 1-2 pieces at time. Discard any remaining mix and bag. 2. Bake: Bake at 425°F in ungreased or foil lined 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan until cooked through.
  • Cooking time: 1/2" thick: 15 minutes. Do not cover or turn pork during baking. Bake thicker chops 5-10 minutes longer.
