I lucked out and purchased the store's floor display, they even loaded it my truck. I knew when the salesman said "Easy assembly", that it wasn't true.

This set is poorly made! Some of the legs did not have the screw holes drilled all the way through, and the parts were not labeled very well. Also the instructions are poorly written. It took my husband a really long time to put it together!

The assembly isn't that bad with 2 people. I used my impact driver for most of the screws. This made the assembly go a little quicker. My main issue with this set is how poor the overall construction of the chairs are. After assembling all 6 chairs and both ottomans, we took 4 of the chairs and one of the ottomans back to Meijer and swapped them out for different ones. The chairs that we returned did not sit level. There was a 1" to 1.5" gap between the legs and the ground.

This brings me to the table. We opened the box and there were no screws or instructions. We now have to wait for the manufacturer to ship these to us.

Like the title says, you get what you pay for. The price was too good to pass up for this set. These minor inconveniences aside, the set looks nice and will hopefully last a long time.

Purchased the set after reading the reviews of "horrid assembly". Spent several weeks searching for a set and visited many stores. I must say, it's not as bad as what the others say when it comes to assemebly. DO NOT let the other comments steer you away from purchasing this product. When it comes to the assembly, some of the instructions are not 100% correct, as in parts not labeled, or incorrect bolts described to be used during certain steps. With common sense, it's not hard to figure out. If you read through carefully and have a plan how to do the step before attempting the step, you will do fine. Takes a couple of hours but it is worth it. Very strudy set, beautiful, and so many pieces for the price. Highly recommend!!

Very Nice Set. Very poor directions and parts Labeling. Very simple to put together once you figure out all the parts. Spent about an hour just identifying parts.

This product has HORRID assembly. We didn't think it was going to be too bad once we got the table together, but once the chairs assembly came the story changed. The screws dont want to go into where they are supposed to, the tiny allen wrench you have to use only screws the bolts in 1/16th of an inch at a time, and the assembly time is hours upon hours. The reclining chair legs are not marked differently so you don't know you have it wrong until the legs are already assembled, thus making you take the legs back apart.

If you can get this set preassembled, do it, because the assembly is not worth the fustration. you will wish you paid more to get a different set, or paid someone to put it together!

Purchased this set online for in store pickup. The reason for doing this was to use a 15% off code that was available, making the price for such a large set very appealing. Pickup and assembly were ok--think of it like assembling [@] furniture, a bit of a hassle but it comes with the territory. Putting it together would be made easier for 2 peopleThat said, the set looks good and feels relatively sturdy. The way the table is constructed, I would be careful about moving it. The coating covering the steel on the furniture looks fine, but may not handle hard abuse and probably shouldn't be left outside unless covered. We'll see how well it lasts. Overall, a good buy.
