    This pillow really aids in supporting the curve in my lower back. I am much more comfortable and sleep easier. My husband likes it as a regular pillow to sleep on...he hates thick pillows. We are both pleased.

      I am a stomach sleeper and I use this pillow as a support underneath my belly and pelvis area for the times I'm on my belly. This pillow has improved my lower back pain and posture. I wish it was a little cheaper so that I could have more than one.
