    I use this pillow as a neck roll, when my neck is stiff and I cant use a regular pillow. I also use it as a thigh pillow to help with my positioning and bedtime posture when I sleep on my side. Very comfortable and I use it every night. This also helps my lower back problems. I also use this for the curvature in my lower back. It helps a great deal.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Got a similar pillow from a competetor several years ago. This one is smaller, too soft and generally an inferior product in comparison. Old one is in better condition then this new one even after ten years of sleeping on it every nite!!Ihave been "had". And to top it all off , there is no return slipsand I had purchased two of those pillows!!

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
