    My Husband had not seen the desk when I ordered it on line so when it came thought he would surprise me and put it together. When I got home was surprised but very disappointed to find it is an extremely dark walnut color,nothing like it is described in the ad. Over half the parts were not marked so thank goodness for the pictures in the assembly book.

    I tried to state above that the instruction manuel referred to parts A,B, etc. but the parts were not all labeled resulting in longer installation time. The top had some scratches on it and the top next to the wall had a small smashed area but again it is up against the wall and definitely not worth trying to re-packag and send back.
