Comments about Satori Handle Bike Stem Easy Up:

This stem extender is nice. It gives you more extension than the standard extenders. And, it is adjustable. Very useful for a shared bike. Each user can easily raise or lower the bars.

The only downside is that the stem retracts into the steerer tube. You have to knock the "star-fangled nut" all the way down to the bottom to make room for the extender. (Actually, you don't have to if you never want to retract it. Just ride with it fully extended.). That's not a big problem. It's just a bit more intensive than most people might anticipate.

Banging on the nut with a hammer and steel rod. If you ever wanted to go back to a normal threadless stem, you'd have to install a new star-fangled nut. Something most people would have a bike shop do.

I like it. It serves a useful purpose. But, it's a bit more than most people need.
