It's NOT a good booster

By Mom of 3

    Cons

    • Harness outgrown quickly
    • Harness slots very low
    • Not a good booster

    Best Uses

    • Good for ages 6mos-3yr

Comments about Safety 1st All-in-One Convertible Infant Car Seat - Scribbles:

My daughter outgrew this seat by age 3.5. Her shoulders were over the harness slots. She is only 40#, but is tall. She is way too young for a booster seat (experts suggest age 4-5 for boosters). Even if she was old enough the seat belt guides on the side of the seat just hold the seat belt away from her chest making them useless. I will have to buy another 5-pt harness seat so she can stay safe. I will not use this seat in booster mode.

Comments about Safety 1st All-in-One Convertible Infant Car Seat - Scribbles:

We bought this car seat because our son is over the weight limit for his infant car seat, but still needs to be rear facing in the car. It fits well in our SUV, but I don't think it would fit rear facing in our other car. Our son fits very well in it and it much happier in this car seat. One of the only complaints I have is that it is so snug it is hard to adjust his seat straps. Otherwise, I am excited because we won't have to buy yet another car seat once he is big enough to face forward.
