    My Showtime is use for many type of foods,such as cooking chicken, turkey, steaks,shrimps,and roast.It is money well spent because it energy effient and so very easey to maintain. The cooking time doesn't appear to take as long a convential oven. The food comes out moist and juicy. If you are like me and need to reduce your fat intake then i would recommend anyone who enjoy good food to give it a try. The only downside I found was I didn't get a larger Model. sincerely , Debbie in North Carolina

    love it! easy, set it forget it! cooks great. I have used it for chicken and rib roast both turned out very flavorful and juicy. I am glad to have purchased one and would recommend it. Very easy to clean if cleaned as I do shortly after use not sure if left for any length of time.
