We use it all the time. The meat we cook is used for so many different recipes. We cook enough to make several different meals. The versatility is wonderful. My husband loves to do it for me too, so I just "help".

I traded a friend for one of these with a food dehydrator! We use it almost every week and have had it for almost 5 years now! We do pork roasts, holiday Prime Rib Roasts, chickens and turkeys. I don't care for the ribs as they turned out dry, but everything else is spectacular.

I have the older version with a knob to set, which broke once, but was repairable. I would prefer the electronic timer setting as it would not break as easily.

The machine is great to use at holiday times or party times as you can cook your meat in it and still have the oven to use to bake other goods. The steam tray works great and helps make use of the heat and so you don't have to get pans out to cook veggies.

Again, I wouldn't live without one!

This is my second Ronco rotisserie as Ronco has failed to return my original unit. This is a terrific appliance and recommend it to all. However, do not, and I repeat do not, ever send your unit back to Ronco or it will disappear into a black hole. I was sucked in to returning the unit "under warranty" last October and cannot get it back thus prompting me to purchase on from Meijer.

This will be the 3rd Ronco Rotisserie that I have purchased - one as a gift, and two for myself. It does everything it says it will. Fits plenty of food, grills to perfection, drains off the fat while evenly basting, keeps meat moist and delicious! The "no heat" rotate setting allows you to keep the juices going while you do the last-minute preparation before setting your meal on the table.

One of my first meals was a 10-lb turkey. I put it in, "set it and forget it," and was freed up to ready the house and the rest of the meal for my guests without running back & forth to constantly check on or baste the turkey.

I use the Rotisserie all the time, whether for hamburgers, chicken, fish . . . everything comes out moist and tender. You can baste barbeque sauce on as the rotisserie is rotating for extra flavor, and set the sectioned pan on top to heat your vegetables at the same time.

I love it! I'd still be using my first one, purchased at least 8 years ago, except a workman knocked it off the counter and broke it. Now I look forward to receiving the stainless steel model, and all the delicious meals I can prepare with it.
