Comments about Rival Electric Knife:

In the picture they have for using this knife, you see the woman's hand and her thumb on the top portion, near the hilt of the knife. This is the natural grip for using an electric knife. Unfortunately, this is the exact placement of the eject button. The "on" button is on the underside, just opposite the eject button. In order to use the knife, you are constantly hitting the eject button. If you're cutting a large piece of meat, and you're pushing down on the knife, in order to get any leverage, you must push down further back on the handle. This forces the blades to be pushed upward. Whoever designed this knife has obviously never used an electric knife before. The blades could be a bit longer, too. I know this is not an expensive knife, but don't waste your money. Use a regular carving knife. If I could give it no stars, I would.
