Reynolds Turkey Oven Bags - 1 Box (2 bags)
1 Box = 2 bags; Oven Bags - Turkey Size. 19" x 23-1/2". For meats and poultry 8-24 lbs. Great for hams, too! Juicier, tastier holiday meats. Cooking chart and easy recipes free inside. The easiest way to prepare the juiciest, most tender turkey or ham! For use in conventional or microwave ovens.
  • 1 Box of 2 bags
  • Directions:, 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. (For roasts use 325°F.) Never exceed 400°F. 2. Add 1 tbsp. flour to bag and shake to avoid bag bursting. Place bag in roasting pan at least 2" deep. 3. Place food in bag. Remove ties from cooking chart insert; close bag with nylon tie. Cut six 1/2" slits in top of bag for steam to escape. Tuck ends of bag in pan. 4. Place pan in oven, allowing room for bag to expand during cooking without touching heating elements, walls or racks. Oven bag should not hang over pan. 5. Bake according to recipe or chart. To serve, carefully cut open top of oven bag. Always support bag with pan.

    This was so easy! I was worried how the bag would do on our turkey - like could it melt??? But it held up great, and turkey turned out perfect! Just put it in the bag and closed the oven door, didn't even have to check on it. So easy!
