I purchased this unit because it looked somewhat similar to the older Revlon hot air brush I purchased years ago. Upon pulling everything out of the box I could tell an immediate difference.

The unit weighed less and sort of had a cheap quality feel. The curl release button was stuck, but I was able to get that unstuck after pushing it multiple times while trying to lightly rotate the barrel. Next I wanted to try to change brush heads and thought for a moment that I didn't know what I was doing. I got online and looked at review videos and instructions. All you do is pull the barrel straight off and push one back on. Problem is the brush barrel wouldn't budge. After tugging for a moment it finally came off. Now I notice that the more I change the barrels, the looser the barrels fit the dryer wand... they fit poorly.

I'm not impressed by this Revlon unit and would not recommend it to anyone. There are better models than this one. There are plenty of other people that have complained on the net about this unit having loose barrels that pop off while trying to style their hair. I never did turn the unit on because of the poor fitting barrels. It's going back to the store.

Nothing good to say about this. I have fine thin hair and only work small sections, even holding the end of barrel with one hand and the dryer with the other the barrels still won't stay on. Een holding it upside. Down and moving it they fall off without even touching your hair!
