    This costume is extremely cheap for this price point, the belt is plastic almost trash bag material and the material of the costume itself is so thin it's a joke. Would not purchase costumes from here again.

      I bought this costume for my boyfriend who wanted to be Lt. Dangle for Halloween for years. It was exactly what we were looking for. The deluxe version didn't look very much like the uniform he actually wears on TV but it is a nice flashy getup for those who want to be flashier and stand out more. This version worked great for us. It fit him well. The only obstacle was finding underwear that helped to prevent any type of "dangle."

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          Not just Meijer, but almost all Lt. Dangle uniforms are this bad quality. Eventually i found ont that is a real costume.. if its under [$], it sucks.

            This costume is better than the deluxe version in that it is actually the right color. The deluxe version is gold fabric (think: male stripper). This version has a foam badge, however, which is cheap. I replaced the foam badge with a nicer version I found elsewhere online. The arm patches are silkscreen, the deluxe version actually has real patches. I threw out the belt that came with it because it was unrealistically large (esp. considering the waist on the shorts, i'm 31" and they fit just right).

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
