  • Ingredients: Whole Grain Rolled Oats (with Oat Bran), Sugar, Raisins, Chopped Dates, Walnuts with BHT Added to Protect Flavor, Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Oat Flour, Guar Gum, Cinnamon, Niacinamide (One of the B Vitamins), Vitamin A Palmitate, Reduced Iron, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (One of the B Vitamins), Riboflavin (One of the B Vitamins), Thiamin Mononitrate (One of the B Vitamins), Folic Acid (One of the B Vitamins).
  • Make with hot water or milk: Empty packet into bowl. Add up to 1/3 cup hot milk or boiling water; stir. For thicker oatmeal, use less water. For 2 packets: Empty packets into bowl. Add 3/4 cup hot milk or boiling water; stir. Make in microwave (Microwave ovens vary. Adjust time as needed.) Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. Add up to 1/2 cup water or milk. Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes; stir. For thicker oatmeal, use less water. For 2 packets: Empty packets into microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 cup water or milk. Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes; stir. Use a potholder for hot bowl or pot.
