Add 1/2 cup hot milk or boiling water, stir. Make in microwave (Microwave ovens vary. Adjust time as needed.): Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. Add up to 2/3 cup water or milk. Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes, stir. For thicker oatmeal use less water. For 2 packets: Empty packets into microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 cup water or milk. Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes, stir. Cool your hot oatmeal quickly by adding milk or an ice cube. Use a potholder for hot bowl or pot. Kids if you need help, ask an adult.
