    They keep your hands, face and nose from drying and getting sore. I really do notice a big difference. These tissues with lotion are not oily. I keep a popup box of these puffs with lotion tissues in the car and the only downside is if I use one to wipe rain off my glasses smears the lotion on the lenses.
