Love the look, assembly is aweful

Comments about Proud American Outdoor Bench Bronze:

Terrible instructions on this Made in China piece. Put the flag piece in first and then the rest of the back. Then start from the back of the seat and work forward. The holes on the seat slats were not cut properly and we had to fix them ourselves. A 2 person assembly job. Very awkward to hold up the sides while trying to put in the slats.

Also, there are two metal strips and a bunch of wood screws. They aren't listed in the directions. I'm assuming you screw the strips in the seat to provide greater strength.
2-3 hours for assembly, 2 people. Heavy and awkward.
