      At first I was a little warry of buying these crates because they were about half the price of the dog crates that I used to use but boy was I surprised!

      I'm a dog trainer and have 8 personal dogs. My dogs love using the side doors rather than the front door. We've taken these crates on vacation with us and they've beenthrough two moves with us. Easy to carry / easy to move. We haven't had a single problem with them. However, all of my dogs are familiar with being crated during feeding time / nap time. In my personal opinion if you have a 40lb + dog that isn't used to a crate and wants to get out of it ... he will.

      My youngest Malinois was unfamiliar with crates and wasn't having being put in the crate when he couldn't see me. After two sucssesful escapes on his part I re-inforced the sides with twist-ties. Worked like a charm!

      Great product for the price. This crate is slighty flimsy in comparsion to the one I previously owned, but the side door is a great feature so you can set it up in a way that take less room.
