Comments about Primula Stovetop 6-Cup Espresso Coffee Maker Silver:

This is my 2nd Primula stove top. I chose it after I'd had enough of the aluminium espresso stovetops which develop mildew and that surely can't be good for you. I also tried out a couple of stainless steel stove-tops (the Bialetti) but they took SO LONG to brew that you can go grocery shopping and come back and it's just about done. I just don't have that kind of patience. I loved the Primula because it's good quality stainless steel, very stylish, the handle is pointed up and out so it doesn't burn (I've also had handle burns on other makes even when the flame is set on medium-low. ) So why am I not giving this 5 stars? I left my original Primula in India where I also have a home, thinking I'd buy another one for our place in New York. But this one alas is MADE in CHINA. And the steel just isn't the same quality, it looks cheaper, flimsier, and a major con is that while about half the coffee brews quickly, there's always water left at the bottom of the pot. I've decided not to return it because it's still better than most others I've tried but I'm honestly no longer thrilled. I'd say read the fine type and get the Italian Primula if you can still find it.
