      Have had this product since it was first introduced (years ago) don't know how many pounds of cheese I have shredded for casseroles, pimento cheese etc....just used it last night to make "tiny sandwiches" for my Great Grandson's 5th. Birthday Party today (his request).

            I use this to shred cheese, potatoes (for hashbrowns), and carrots, mostly. can also be used for slicing cucumbers, cheese, potatoes, carrots, etc. use this a lot when we make tacos, or salads. fresh homemade breakfast potatoes (hashbrowns or sliced if you like) are awesome, cheap, fresh, and very tasty!
