This family-sized skillet roasts, fries, grills, stews, bakes, makes casseroles, and more. Heavy cast aluminum base is virtually warp proof while the innovative EverNu cover won't dent, warp, peel, or bend. Cleanup is a snap thanks to the nonstick finish on the inside and outside of the base. Accurate cooking temperatures are maintained automatically with the Control Master heat control. Skillet is immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed. 11" or 16" Size.

          At first, I thought it was a little small. But now that I have used it, I really like it. it is just for 2 people, so works out great. Good for burgers, chicken, pork chops, roasted sausage. Just about anything can be cooked in it...swiss steak!!!! It keeps the kitchen cool in the summer and you aren't grilling out.
