    The large capacity is nice and the dual basket capability is even nicer. We have only fried chicken wings so far but it handled them well. We filled both baskets with wings and it cooked them with no problems. The oil temp did not drop too significantly and stayed hot enough throughout.

    The only con is not a product design flaw, just a warning not to overfill the baskets. You do NOT want the oil spilling over and this design could allow that if you disregard the product's warnings.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
