      I LOVE THIS! I used it the first time the other day and was very happy. First, it heats up in abut 2 minutes! Second, it's the biggest one I've seen of it's kind. Third, it heats evenly. Fourth, it's VERY non-stick...I used a little cooking spray in the beginning and didn't need to re-apply between batches. Fifth, it's versatile...I cooked about 12 pancakes and then right after, without the need to clean the top with more than a quick wipe of a paper towel, I fried several eggs. They cooked very fast and didn't stick. Clean-up took about a minute since nothing stuck to it. I will use this over and over!
