      The cats won't go near it unless I move the noise maker on the top, but they will just look at it and not play with it at all.

      The cat turned her nose up and walked away. As I mentioned in my cons and uses, she did not attack the toy as she would if it smelled like cat nip.
      We had to squeeze the mouse and hit it to get any noises.
      The toy just sits around and gets ignored
