  • Ingredients: Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Apple Filling (Water, Sugar, Dried Apples with Sodium Sulfite Added to Protect Color, Modified Corn Starch, Brown Sugar, Malic Acid, Natural Flavor, Salt, Spice, Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Brown Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil), Wheat Starch, Contains 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Dextrose, Cinnamon, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Corn Starch, Propylene Glycol Mono- and Diesters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides, Natural Flavor, Salt, Polysorbate 60, Soy Lecithin, Nonfat Milk.
  • What You Need: Quick Bread: 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup oil, 2 eggs. (1) Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease (or use cooking spray) bottom only of 8x4 or 9x5-inch or 3 (3x5-inch) loaf pan(s). (2) Combine mix, apple filling, water, oil, and eggs in large bowl. Stir 50 to 75 strokes until mix is blended. Pour batter into greased pan(s). We recommend using Crisco Oil. (3) Sprinkle streusel topping from packet evenly over top of batter. Lightly press into batter. (4) Bake at 350°F as directed or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 8x4-inch Loaf Pan: 50 to 60 Minutes. 9x5-inch Loaf Pan: 40 to 50 Minutes. 3 (3x5-inch) Loaf pans: 25 to 35 Minutes. Cook 20 minutes. Loosen edges with knife or metal spatula and remove from pan. What You Need: Muffins: 3/4 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Oil, 2 Eggs. (1) Heat oven to 375°F. (Reduce temperature by 25°F if using dark pan). Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray or line with paper baking cups. (2) Combine mix, apple filling, milk, oil, and eggs in large bowl. Stir 50 to 75 strokes until mix is blended. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full. Spoon about 1 heaping teaspoonful streusel topping over batter of each muffin. We recommend using Crisco Oil. (3) Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 2 to 3 minutes in pan. High Altitude (Above 3500 Feet): Add 2 Tbsp flour to dry mix. Bake as directed. Storage: Wrap leftovers and store in refrigerator up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
