1 Box = 12.35 oz (350 g); Brownie Mix - Sugar Free - Chocolate Fudge. 8" x 8" Pan size. Sweetened with Splenda. Now a low calorie food.

  • Ingredients: Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Maltitol, Polydextrose, Maltodextrin, Cocoa Processed with Alkali and Cocoa, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Contains 2% or Less of: Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Baking Soda, Acesulfame Potassium (Non Nutritive Sweetener), Sucralose (Non Nutritive Sweetener).
  • All You Need: 1/3 cup oil; 3 tablespoons water; 1 egg (If desired substitute 1 egg white or 1/4 cup refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product thawed for the whole egg). Baking: 1. Set your oven to 350°F for metal or glass pan. For dark-coated pan set your oven to 325°F. Grease bottom of 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan or spray with no-stick cooking spray. 2. Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and egg in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread in greased pan. Batter may be thicker than regular brownie batter. 3. Bake at 350°F. Follow the bake times below. For dark-coated pan bake at 325°F. 28 to 32 minutes for 8x8-inch pan. 26 to 30 minutes for 9x9-inch pan. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store covered. High Altitude (Above 3500 Feet): Add 1/4 cup flour to dry brownie mix and increase water to 1/4 cup. Mix and bake as directed above. Chocolate Fudge Double Batch: Grease bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix 2/3 cup oil, 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp water, and 2 eggs. Bake at 350°F for 33 to 37 minutes. Tips: Serve with sugar free ice cream or frozen yogurt sugar free caramel flavored syrup and sugar free whipped topping. Line entire baking pan with foil, extending foil over edge of pan. Coat lightly with nonstick cooking spray. After bars have baked and cooled, lift up edges of foil to remove from pan. Cut into bars. Freeze cooled brownies 20 minutes for ease in cutting. Cut brownies on a diagonal to form diamond shapes or use cookie cutters for decorative shapes.

    I bake these often and add pecans at times. They are very flavorful and do not taste sugar-free. If I want a crunchier edge I simply over cook a few more minutes until the edges pull away from the sides some, if a moist brownie is desired, I bake as directed. Sugar-Free, Flexible, Flavorful and Chocolate, what could be better?
