this is a nice item,however, i find that it is too small. the description says up to 100 lb. dog. my dog weighs 70 pounds, and he has a very difficult time getting in & out. he is reluctant to get in because the front opening is too small for dogs over 30 pounds.

I have two dogs--one 10 lb. and one 14. This gives both dogs a comfy ride. The only thing I wish was that it was a little easier to take down and throw in the back of the car. It is NOT that.
Good for the neighborhood though.

    We have two Pugs that weigh about 16 lbs each, and they fit very comfortably together in the PetGear Roadster. We live out in the country with some not-so-smooth pavement, and the wheels on this thing are tough enough for it. Our Pugs love it! They get very excited when they see us bring out the Roadster, and they won't get out of it when the walk is over. Love it!

    My puppy had surgery and we got this so he could get out of the house.
    The quality is superior, but with only three wheels it can be dangerous!
    I have to constantly grip the handle and I can not leave him for one second unattended or it tips over.
    This would be perfect if it had all four wheels!
    Another issue is that it states it is for dogs up to 100lbs...I find this difficult to believe.
    My puppy is 40lbs and I could not see a dog over 70lbs fitting in this.
    Overall it serves the purpose and we are glad that we purchased it.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    love the easy pushing and lot of room. can put 2 small dogs in it. would be out of this world if it had a basket underneath for carrying water and bags for p/u. had a smaller one like that and it was great. wish it would fold up for easy travel without taking it apart.
