This is a best purchase we made for our family and our cat. She likes to join us at a dinner table but being very small she has to sit tall to be able to follow our conversation. The pet chair was perfect. Not only it matched the colors of our existing dining chairs, it also let her to be high enough to be at the same level with everyone and be very comfortable at the same time. She can sit or lie down and still see everyone around her. It took her a while to get use to it, but now we know that if we leave a regular chair next to this one, she can easily jump in and out of it. She is very happy! So, this chair is not just for dogs - cats will love it, because many of them are as social animals hungry for attention, as the dogs are.
The only improvement that I can suggest is to make the adjustment on the legs that attach to the table larger. In our case, we have a slightly over 2" wide marble table (not a customary width I suppose). Because of it, we cannot use the screws, and the chair is being stable just by pressing the support legs to the bottom of the table. If I could screw it in, it probably would have been a little more stable, and also, it could have been moved closer to the edge of the table - right now there is a space between the edges of table and a chair.
Nevertheless, it is a great product - very innovative, and something that was certainly made by an animal lover who knows their hearts! Thank you!

I purchased this Pet Gear Clip-On Pet High Chair for use with my mother's tiny full grown, 4 pound 3 ounce Yorkie dog. He is so small and so short that I fear for his safety while he tries to eat with my Bichon Frise and Laso Apso. This way with his new little chair he is up at our level and safe to eat and won't be run over by people feet or larger diners.
