The carrier was attractive and I liked being able to use the seat belts to strap it in. However, my cat absolutely hated being confined and the first time I used it she clawed holes through it. Eventually she would have gotten out. Just not strong enough for a nervous cat. Was pretty disappointed and it's back to the hard sided carrier.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I purchased the small pet carrier. My dog is 4lbs and she is almost too big for the carrier. It's very stylish and I had my dog's name monogrammed on the top.... So precious! My only complaint is the bag is too small and there is no way to store anything! I would love just one small zipper compartment.
