Paula Deen Signature Cutlery 2-Piece Santoku Knife Set
Carve up something delicious with this 2 piece Signature Cutlery Santoku Set from Paula Deen featuring 5" and 7" santoku knives. This Santoku set has a thick bolster to help keep your hand from slipping onto the blade, providing greater cutting versatility and superior balance. A full tang runs the entire length of the handle, offering exceptional control and ensuring precision cutting. Smooth, contoured handle is efficiently crafted and shaped to ensure a safe, comfortable grip. Handles are nonporous to prevent the growth of odor causing bacteria to keep your kitchen clean and healthy.

"A good set of knives is just as important as quality cookware. Chefs go crazy over knives, and I can understand why - they become an extension of your hand in the kitchen. My new collection is razor-sharp to get the job done well and fast, and feel comfortable so you won't get fatigued. I love the storage block from acacia wood, an eco-friendly hardwood that has such a rich, warm grain." Paula Deen

About Paula Deen

Paula Deen's culinary career began in June 1989 out of her kitchen with The Bag Lady, a home-based lunch delivery service in Savannah. With the help of her sons, Jamie and Bobby, The Bag Lady was successful and she soon outgrew her kitchen. In 1996, she opened her own restaurant, The Lady & Sons, in downtown Savannah. In 1999, USA Today named The Lady & Sons the International Meal of the Year.

In 1997, Deen published her first cookbook, The Lady & Sons Savannah Country Cookbook. As luck would have it, a major publishing company house picked it up when one of their literary agents walked into the restaurant to escape a rainstorm. Shortly after that, Deen's cookware was appearing on QVC. In the next few years Paula published many more cookbooks.

"Paula's Home Cooking" premiered on the TV Food Network on November 16th, 2002. The program features Deen doing what she does best - being herself, teaching people how to bring joy into their kitchens and homes. With Deen, it is about teaching viewers to bring out the best in their families and creating happy memories no matter what the budget is.

In fall 2006, Deen launched her second program, "Paula's Party," on the Food Network. She invites guests to participate in her cooking classes. Viewers get an inside look at what makes Deen so special - her clever wit, her jovial laugh, and sheer genius at making people feel good.
