• Ingredients: Spinach, Cottage Cheese, Vegetable Oil, Tomatoes, Cream, Onion, Garlic, Butter, Salt, Green Chilies, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Coriander, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Lime Juice.
• Microwave for 2 minutes in the pouch. Microwave Oven: Make a 2 cm cut in the side corner of the pouch. Place upright on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for 2 minutes. Remove pouch form microwave holding the unopened side. (Care should be taken when handling the heated product). Stir and serve hot. Note: Above heating time may vary depending on microwave wattage and may need adjusting. Gas Burner: Take unopened pouch and immerse in boiling water for 3 - 5 minutes. Remove pouch, snip and serve.
