Comments about Pataks Cooking Sauce - Tikka Masala Curry - Medium - 6 Jars (15 oz ea):

I poured half the jar in a pot and added a little water to help it boil (maybe a half a cup). I added pre-cooked beef cubes, sliced & peeled cucumbers, diced green pepper, cubed & peeled potatoes & red onion cut into wedges. I let it boil until the veggies were cooked to my liking and it was amazing!

I also bought package of NAAN from another retailer. Naan is like a pita bread but not quite, in fact it is WAY more delicious. (It is a bread often eaten with curries.) I let it toast in a toaster oven until it was crispy and crunchy, cut it into 4's and served 2 to a person, in each bowl. Its great for dipping in curry. Another great side dish for curry is rice.

Half the jar yielded more than 2 wonderful servings
