Bavarian Mix - Potato Dumpling. Great taste! Authentic Bavarian. Product of Germany.

  • 12 Boxes of 6.88 oz
  • Ingredients: Dehydrated Potatoes, Potato Starch, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Citrate, Palm Oil, Sodium Metabisulfite (Used to Protect Quality), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Riboflavin and Tumeric Extract (For Color).
  • Makes 7 (2") Dumplings. In medium bowl, stir contents of package with 2 cups water until smooth. Let mixture stand 10 minutes or until thickened. With moistened hands, form mixture into seven 2" balls. If desired, place crouton in center. In a 6-quart stockpot, bring 4 quarts water (For added flavor boil dumplings in chicken broth) and 1 tablespoon salt to a boil over high heat. With large spoon, drop dumplings into water. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of dumpling comes out clean.
