    Comments about Panasonic KX-TS4200B 4-Line Speakerphone 4-Line:

    Bought 2 ks-ts4200b 4 line phones in Nov 2010. Speaker went bad in Feb 2011. Panasonic returned a "refurbished" phone in which the speaker also became defective June 2011. Panasonic returned another "refurbished phone". The speaker on that phone died in August 2011. Returned that phone after waiting six weeks for a return label. Panasonic responded with a bill for $85.00 if I wanted the phone fixed!! The 2nd original phone has now developed speaker problems. Would you buy a panasonic product after this experience!!!!
