• Ingredients: Organic Natural Evaporated Cane Sugar, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Chicory Root, Sea Salt, Grainless and Aluminum Free Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Potato Starch), Organic Vanilla Powder (Contains Corn Derivative), Rice Bran, Gluten Free Natural Vanilla Powder (Contains Corn Derivative), Xanthan Gum.
• 1 Bag Pamela's mix, 3 eggs, large (mix does not work without eggs), 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup water. Optional: 1-1/2 tsp almond flavoring. For a more densely textured cake, use 2 eggs and 2/3 cup water. Yield: 1 cake. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix all ingredients on med/low for 60 seconds. Pour batter into lightly greased baking pan. Level batter. Use pans and bake times listed below. Baked when toothpick comes out clean. Pans and Bake Times: Pan size: optimum pan one 9 inch round, bake times (preheated 325°F oven) 35 to 42 min; Yields one 2 inch round ,can be cut in half for two layers. Two 8 in rounds, 25 to 30 min, yields two 1 inch layers. One 9 inch square, 35 to 42 min, yields one 2 inch square cake. One 9 inch x 13 inch pan, 28 to 32 min, yields one 1 inch high sheet cake. Cupcake: fill 3/4 full, 20 to 26 min, yields 14 cupcakes. Over baking will cause dryness. Lightly butter or oil all pans. If desired dust pans with white rice flour. Level batter in pans before baking.
