- Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil, Contains Less than 2% of, Dextrose, Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate, Yeast, Natural Flavor, Caramel Color, Spice.
- You Will Need: 8 bone-in or boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick) and 1 egg to moisten. Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat 15 x 10 x 1-inch metal baking pan with 2 Tbsp. Oil and 1 egg to moisten. To Prepare: 1. Moisten: Moisten chops with lightly beaten egg and shake off excess. Empty coating mixture onto plate. 2. Coat: Coat chops on all sides by pressing firmly into mixture. Discard any remaining mixture. 3. Bake: Bake at 425°F in oiled baking pan until cooked through. Do not cover or turn. Bone-in or Boneless Chops: Bake 20 minutes. One packet coats up to 6 (3/4-inch or 1-inch thick) chops. Bake thicker chops 5 to 10 minutes longer. No Oil/Egg Directions: Moisten chops with water only. Coat as directed. Place on ungreased pan. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Do not cover or turn.
