    You can free up your oven for your side dishes and use the roaster on your counter for your ham or turkey or even a big batch of scalloped potatoes. Great when company's coming. You can also serve right from it and keep your food warm thoughout the meal. Love it.I've used mine alot.

        The roaster looked like roaster ovens that have been around for years. I took the first one back to the store because the finish on the product was not complete. The second unit was not much better and it is going back to the store. I put water in the unit and tried to bring it to a boil. The unit would not do it after hours of operation. Max temperature was 180. Not what I expected when the temperature dial goes beyond 400.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
