when i had got the machine, i was really unsure it would work like a regular icecream maker, but i wasn't sure it would make good icecream like the cusinart icecream maker. but i decided to give it a try. so me and my mom wanted some strawberry sorbet, and we bought all the ingredents for it, but was scared that it would be all icy instead of smooth, but it proved me wrong. when we ate it; it was like the best sorbet ever! even tho it takes like 6 trays of ice and a lot of salt, it worked so good, and i think everybody should try it, and good price too!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
