Good popcorn machine. It doesn't really pop all the kernels. They fly out when it starts popping. It doesn't make a whole lot at a time and if you don't clean it out between uses it will start smoking and burn on. It has an oil scoop and a kernel scoop. The ratio is 1:1 and I used 2:2 ration to make double and that works fine. It's a fun little machine though, a good addition to a game room or just because.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
