This Wii bundle includes all you need to get gaming with the new Wii U. The white Wii console with 8GB internal storage comes along with a Wii Game console, stylus, sensor bar, console AC adapter, GamePad adapter, and HDMI cable. < /BR>< /BR>The Wii U GamePad controller removes the traditional barriers between you, your games, and your TV by creating a second window into the video game world. It incorporates a 6.2" 16:9 aspect ratio LCD touchscreen as well as traditional button controls and two analog sticks.

The Wii system also includes motion control, a front-facing camera, a microphone, stereo speakers, rumble features, a sensor bar, a stylus, and support for Near Field Communication (NFC).

Nearly all of your existing Wii games can also be played on the Wii U console. In addition, your Wii Remote, Wii Remote Plus, and Nunchuk controllers at home are compatible with select Wii U software. Many other Wii accessories, including the Wii Balance Board accessory, are also compatible with certain Wii U games.

We are a gaming family. Hubby and 10yr son play often on our regular Wii and the 2 girls have their own set of games along with the Wii uDraw. Hubby is an over all gamer including online computer gaming. I am a dabbler in all and observer. Here's my honest opinion on the Wii U as it stands...

The Wii U is innovative yet still developing its potential. The BASIC model is lacking some enhancing accessories and internal memory is less. The control pad (for either)is rather large for easily reaching from one side to the other and the stylus is recommended for more reactive touch features. If you are comfortable with the DS type game play you will find it easier to adjust to looking from the TV to the pad as certain games require.

Simply put: 1. There WILL be some patches to update the system capacity (I.E)the promised TVii ability. 2. If you have researched and are excited to get a Wii U it is worth the extra to get the Deluxe package.

The bundle,costs $50 more than the Basic model, comes with a number of hardware upgrades. there is 32GB of internal memory (compared to 8GB for the basic), the console comes with NintendoLand, and Nintendo is including a charging cradle and stand for the tablet controller, as well as a stand for the system itself.

Alongside those upgrades, if you opt for the Deluxe set, you get digital promotions, as well. Gamers will earn 10 percent of their purchase back in points at the Nintendo eShop, for everything they purchase. If you want it; go for the gold. :-)
