        The size of the new, larger Nintendo DSi XL makes it a great hand held game system. My son has really enjoyed the new features such as the drawing/movie making capability. It has been worth the upgrade from the DS Lite.

            Despite being XL size, it's still easy to take on the go. You can't put it in your pocket but it's great for car trips. Be sure to buy a carry case that fits accessories too.

                      This is a most welcome addition to the Nintendo DS line. I have the DS, DS lite, and the DSi, and now this little...err, rather big baby. It is not as portable because of the size, nor is it as energy efficient...but it has its purpose. My wife or I like to game on it as we multitask DS game playing with tv/movie watching. I would never take it out of the house as it is a bit too large and cumbersome.

                      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
