Neuschwanstein Castle Jigsaw Puzzle
This elaborate castle was built between 1869 and 1886 by Bavaria's King Ludwig II as a romantic reconstruction of a medieval castle. It includes turreted towers, a walled courtyard, an indoor garden, and artificial cave. It has a two-story throne room and the wood carving in King Ludwig's bedroom took 14 carpenters 4-1/2 years to complete. The walls are decorated with paintings depicting scenes from Wagner's operas. It is nestled above the Alpsee with a glorious view of the Alps. It is truly a "fairy tale" castle. The puzzle is 1,500 pieces and measures approximately 19-3/4" x 27-1/2" when complete.
