The wheels are too flimsy and the hight is too short if you are planning to pull or push it a long way, especially if you do not have the laudry room inside the house/appartment. I acutally had to attach an extra cord so I can pull it without bending.
Overall it is a nice piece and it can hold up to 3 loads.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
