1 Bag = 24 oz (1 lb 8 oz) 680 g; Semi-Sweet Morsels. Real semi-sweet chocolate.

  • 1 Bag of 24 oz (1 lb 8 oz) 680 g
  • Kosher
  • Ingredients: Semi - Sweet Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Milkfat, Soy Lecithin, Vanillin [An Artificial Flavor], Natural Flavor).
  • Suggested use: Microwave: Melt 1 cup (6 oz) morsels in uncovered, microwave safe bowl on medium - high power for 1 minute; stir. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10-15 second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. To melt 2 cups morsels, microwave a few seconds longer. In saucepan: Melt morsels in small, heavy-duty saucepan over lowest possible heat. When morsels begin to melt, remove from heat; stir. Return to heat for a few seconds at a time, stirring just until morsels are melted. For dipped fruit: Melt 1 tbsp. vegetable shortening and 1 cup morsels as directed above.
