  • Suggested use: Melting (microwave): Melt 1 cup (6 oz) morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on medium-high (70%) power for 1 minute, morsels may retain some of their original shape, if necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15 second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted.

    These white chocolate chips taste amazing, especially when used in baking. They go well in cookies, plain cakes (good with chocolate), and pancakes. I have also used them to make icing for a cake and everyone loved it!
