- Ingredients: Semi - Sweet Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Milkfat, Soy Lecithin, Vanillin - an Artificial Flavor, Natural Flavor).
- Suggested use: Microwave melting directions: Melt 1 cup (6 oz) morsels in uncovered, microwave - safe bowl on Medium - High (70%) power for 1 minute, stir. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15 second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. To melt 2 cups (12 oz) morsels, microwave a few seconds longer. Saucepan melting directions: Melt morsels in small heavy-duty saucepan over lowest possible heat. When morsels begin to melt, remove from heat, stir. Return to heat for a few seconds at a time, stirring just until morsels are melted. For dipped fruit: Melt 1 tbsp vegetable shortening and 1 cup (6 oz) morsels as directed above.
