It's perfect for drying jerky, fruit, vegetables and herbs, or flowers. Its 700W motor and 2400rpm fan provide more power for faster drying. The adjustable thermostat and Converga-Flow drying action ensures fast, even heat distribution. There is no need to rotate trays.

This is a great dehydrator for the price. The new square shape allows you to dry more product at one time, increasing efficiency. The temperature control is large and easy to use. This unit comes with 1 plastic tray liner, but it's the same one the round units come with, which doesn't allow you to use the entire square tray. We use parchment paper on our trays, and it works incredibly well. The only thing I wish this dehydrator had is an on/off switch.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
