Nesco American Harvest FD-60 Snackmaster Express Dehydrator
The Nesco American Harvest Snackmaster Express has a sleek, contemporary design featuring a top-mounted fan and 500W of drying power. The patented Converga-Flow drying system forces air down the exterior pressurized chamber and across the trays for fast, even drying. The unit features an adjustable thermostat that heats from 95°F to 155°F, providing the flexibility to produce the best drying results. The unit's opaque Vita-Save exterior helps block harmful light which destroys nutritional content of food being dehydrated. It's a fast, easy, and economical way to make delicious fruit snacks, vegetables, herbs, and beef jerky at home.

        This replaces my old #40 (I think). This one is just as easy to use but has a themostat. I dry fruit from my orchard each year. With the drier I do not have to buy dried Basil, Clinatro or Parsley. I just dry the leftovers from the bunches purchased at the market.
